On August 7th, a full load trial started in the workshop. Under examined machine is a tandem hydraulic press brake, with Estun E200P double servo system. We use 12mm thickness and 6000mm length plate to test its performance of linkage bending. This is the largest capacity for 2-300T/3200mm machine.


The key point of tandem press brake is the synchronization of four cylinders, of course, leveling foundation is most essential. Just like a racing car, press brake machine can reach excellent mechanical capacity according to intensive adjustment and test.

The client of this machine owns a large scale fabrication factory, so the requirement on bending parts is quite complex and varied. Before delivery, we have tested different sizes of plate, from thin to thick, narrow to wide, to guarantee the bending effect and quality of the machine.


The test is successful and the bending effect is perfect. Wish our client can produce much more different products by using our machine.
